South Cleveland WSC offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

Pay Online

To pay your bill online 24/7, just click the green "Pay Your Bill Now" button located on the right or bottom of this page.  Have your account number handy and follow the prompts.  We accept electronic checks, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover cards. You also have the option of setting up your bill on an autopayment schedule. Electronic Bills are also an option.

Security & Privacy: We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. Your payment and personal information is always safe.  Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. We will not sell your information to anyone.

Refunds: All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of the transaction.

Electronic Checks, Credit and Debit Cards
In our efforts to better serve you, we now accept electronic checks, all major credit and debit cards, except American Express. Payment can be made using an electronic check, a credit or debit card online or over the phone. A 3% fee is Charged for any credit or debit card use along with a $1 service charge.  The cost for electronic check payments is $1 plus an additional $1 service charge.

Automatic Bank Drafts - No Cost to Use this Service!

We also now accept reacurring monthly payments by automatic bank draft to your checking account. This payment service is offered at no cost to you. An ACH Payment Form is included on this website. Click on Forms and Reports in the top bar and you will find the form under the "All Forms" tab. Submit your completed form and a canceled check to use this service.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill. 

Payment Drop-off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, credit cards or money orders. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy. There are no fees or service charges associated with paying your bill in person. 

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. These payments are sent to us in the form of a check in the mail. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
